Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. This period begins on the day following the delivery of the product. In cases of multiple deliveries from one order, the period begins on the day following the receipt of the last product.

2. Return Conditions

In order for the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused and without its packaging having been opened.
  • All security labels and accompanying documents must be intact and in place.
  • The product must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or other proof of the transaction.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.

3. Return Procedure

1. Contact: The customer must contact the company either by phone or email, stating his intention to return and the reason for it.
2. Product Shipping: After communication, the customer sends the product to the address indicated, at his own expense. It is recommended to use a reliable courier service and keep the proof of shipment.
3. Check and Update: After receipt, the company will check the condition of the product and will inform the customer about the acceptance or rejection of the return.

4. Refund

If the return is approved:

  • The refund will be made via the original payment method within 14 days from the date of approval of the return.
  • In case of payment by cash on delivery, the customer must provide bank details for depositing the amount.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the product is defective or different from what was ordered:

  • The customer must contact the company within 48 hours of receipt.
  • The company will replace the product or refund the money, including shipping costs.

6. Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been used or opened.
  • Products purchased on sale
  • Items that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

7. Refund Methods

If your original payment was made by cash on delivery, please send your bank account details to hello@aghne.com or contact us by phone at (+30) 216 8099599 (Monday to Friday, 10:00-17:00), so that we can arrange your refund. For payments via credit or debit card, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

In case of payment via bank transfer, the refund will be made to the bank account you indicate. Please note that for transfers between different banks there may be bank charges, which are solely your responsibility and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Important Note: To return a product, please complete and include in your package the "Return Form" that you can find here. Once we have received and approved your return request, we will proceed with the appropriate process. If you wish to cancel or modify your order after it has been completed and before it has been shipped, please contact us within two (2) hours via email at hello@aghne.com.

The refund process will only begin after the returned products have been received and inspected to ensure that they meet the conditions outlined in our policy.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning products. Aghne will only be responsible for the return costs if the product is returned due to our company's error (e.g. defective products or incorrectly registered items) and only if you have used the courier company that we have indicated to you.

Step 2: Fill in the Return Form
Complete the "Return Form" included in your package or you can download it from our website. On the form, please indicate your order number and reason for return. Place the completed form with the product to be returned.
Step 3: Product Packaging
Make sure the product is in its original condition, unused and comes with all tags and original packaging. Pack the product securely, along with the return form and proof of purchase.

Step 5: Return Processing
Once we receive the returned product, we will check it to ensure that it meets the requirements of our Return Policy. This process may take 3-5 business days. If the product meets the criteria, we will proceed with a refund within 10 business days or a replacement, depending on your preference.

In cases of repeated returns from the same customer, the Company reserves the right to refuse to accept new returns, citing abusive exercise of the right of withdrawal or replacement of products, even if the aforementioned conditions are met, in accordance with article 281 of the Civil Code.
