Delivery & Liability
Products are shipped via Aghne's partner courier companies to the address you indicated when placing your order. Deliveries to PO boxes are not supported.
It is essential that the address details are accurate and complete. If you are not at the delivery point, please specify the desired pickup location. In the event of a delay due to your own fault, our liability ceases from the date the delivery was originally scheduled.
After the order has been delivered to the stated address, liability is transferred to you.
Aghne retains liability only in cases of defective products or damage due to our negligence.
For shipments outside Greece, the customer assumes full responsibility for any certifications and customs clearances. Returns are not accepted due to issues related to customs clearance, while transportation costs are borne exclusively by the buyer.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are borne by the customer according to the following conditions:
- Within Greece:
- Free shipping for orders over €79.
- For orders up to €78.99, there is a fixed charge of €3.
- In remote areas without a branch of the courier company, an additional charge may apply.
- Outside Greece:
- Free shipping for orders over €79.
- For orders up to €78.99, the shipping cost is €12.
If you choose to pick up from a branch of the courier company (as long as it is not classified as inaccessible), there is no additional charge.
Processing & Delivery Time
The estimated order processing and shipping time is 1 to 5 business days from payment confirmation.
Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.
Aghne is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipping. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be required to ship your order.
Αghne is not responsible for any delays or cancellations of orders or deliveries that may be directly or indirectly due to force majeure, weather or natural phenomena, disasters, pandemics, accidents, strikes, terrorist or war acts, government acts, electronic system failures or software malfunctions, etc. In these cases, we will make every effort to resolve the problem as soon as possible and keep you informed of its possible recovery.
Product Inspection & Damage During Transportation
Aghne is not responsible for delays by the courier or for any damage during transportation.
After receipt, you have 24 hours to inspect your order. If you find any damage, please inform us immediately so that we can claim compensation from the courier company. Once the damage is confirmed, we will send you a new product at no additional cost.
